Hi! So, as it is 2016 and the start of a new year, it is time to finish our New Years resolutions.
So here is the tree you can make to hold your resolutions. I have been making this craft for a couple of years now, and I hope it becomes a tradition for you too!
So here is what you will need:
A mason jar
A couple of branches
A jar of small stones
Scrapbook paper
Ribbon
Hole punch
Scissors
Glue
Something to write with (gel pen, color pencil, crayon, marker, etc.)
Glitter (optional)
Spray paint (optional)
If you would like to, spray paint the branches and let them dry. To make the tree, put the branches in the jar and fill the jar with the stones until the jar is 3/4 of the way full. Now, for the resolution ornaments, cut out squares of paper (or triangles, stars, etc.). Glue bows, shapes out of scrapbook paper and sprinkle glitter over the one side of the ornament to make it pretty. Now, flip it over and write your resolution on the blank side. Punch a hole in the top, thread some ribbon through the hole, tie a knot and hang it up. Make as many ornaments as you like and put your tree somewhere where everyone can see it!
Here is how the basic tree should look like. The ornaments can be done however you like.
Have fun crafting!

If you can, post a picture of how yours turned out!
