Walking in a winter wonderland…with this new snow gear, this will be the most wonderful time of the year for you and your dolls. You don’t want Jack Frost nipping at your nose, so lets get crafting!
I didn’t find a DIY coat that I liked that didn’t involve sewing, so unless you want to buy the cute coat from American Girl, I think your best bet is to purchase a template. These can be found at Walmart sometimes or Liberty Jane. Also, the templates are super cheap, but you do still have to pay for fabric.
A lovely pair of skis and poles can be found here:

Sew a cozy hat and mittens for your doll (sew cute!):

And while you’re at it, make yourself a cup of hot cocoa. If you don’t have a doll cup on hand, buy one of the plastic shot glasses at the grocery or wine store. Paint it if you want to. The hot cocoa could either be hot glue up to the top and then brown paint or play doh the color of your choice that has been pushed into the cup and tapped back out to dry. This could be something to try if you don’t want it to be permanent so that you can reuse your cup. For some whipped cream, use a white pompom or a cottonball. Marshmallows can be made from stacked squares of white craft foam.
Remember: DOLLS CAN NOT BE PLACED IN SNOW.
