One of the coolest parts that ties everything in is the locker chandelier. Here are a few methods that you can try…
1. 
This is made by embroidery hoops. They are painted. An LED light is attached to the top one and ribbons and decorated bottle caps are hung from the second hoop. For further instructions, click on the link below.

This is not to size in the picture, but to make it, it is three embroidery hoops (to make layers) with string connecting them. Then use fishing line and white string and hot glue it to small circles of assorted scrapbook paper. Use a magnet on the top for use in your locker.

Take an embroidery hoop and multicolored tulle cut into strips. Fold one strip in half. Place it under the side of the hoop you’re going to attach it to. On one side is a loop, and on the other is the two pieces of tulle. Take the two pieces and pull them up through the loop. Tighten. Repeat around the hoop. Trim.
